Hansuli Exchange & Return Policy

At Hansuli, every piece is made with care and inspired by the traditional jewellery heritage of Uttarakhand. Our exchange and return policy is designed to keep the process simple and transparent.

No Returns: Jewellery purchased directly from a Hansuli store is not eligible for return.

7-Day Exchange: You may exchange your jewellery within 7 days of purchase. Within this period, you will receive the full value of the jewellery towards your exchange, subject to our exchange terms.

After 7 Days: After 7 days, the jewellery can still be exchanged, but only for its silver value at the prevailing silver rate.

Silver Value = Net Silver Weight × Current Silver Rate Making charges, plating charges, taxes and other charges are not included in the silver value.

Same-Day Return: For jewellery purchased online, you may request a return on the same day of delivery, subject to our return conditions.

7-Day Exchange: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Within this period, you will receive the full value of the jewellery towards your exchange, subject to our exchange terms.

After 7 Days: After 7 days, the jewellery can be exchanged only for its silver value at the prevailing silver rate.

Silver Value = Net Silver Weight × Current Silver Rate

• Jewellery must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Products that have been damaged, altered, engraved, worn excessively or modified may not qualify for return or exchange.
• Any applicable deductions, if required under the specific product or exchange terms, will be communicated at the time of exchange.
• Exchange and return eligibility may vary for customised or specially made jewellery.

Hansuli reserves the right to inspect the jewellery before approving a return or exchange.
